1) How often should someone work out in a week?
– That is really dependent on the individual person and their current physical condition. For someone who does some type of exercise 2 times a week, upping it to 5 days a week could be great. But for someone who never makes it off their couch, 2 times a week could be the best rate to get started with.
2) How do I choose what type of exercise plan is right for me?
– it all comes down to your goals! If you are wanting just to lose some weight and feel better, the high active/cardio based plan will help you reach those. If your trying to add on muscle youre going to to want the traditional bodybuilding workout routine.
3) How do we know what size of clothing is going to fit?
-It will help to know that most athletic clothing is going to be tighter and slightly smaller than your standard clothes. There is always some variance between brands but that is a commonality across the entire industry.
4) Where can we find full workout programs and coaching from you?

5) What does it really mean to eat healthy?
-This is another point that comes down to the individual. Obviously lots of fruits and vegetables are important while cutting back on your sugar and fat intake, but there is a lot more to it. You need to align your caloric intake with what goals you are trying to accomplish. The calories you do choose to eat need to be filled with the needed nutrients like protein and carbohydrates that will fuel and sustain your body. The best way to determine you need is to work with a coach who can help to make a clear plan for you.
